1. Overview

Brokerli (“Brokerli,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Brokerli Operator Cohort program and the cohort.brokerli.co website (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you apply to or participate in the Cohort, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how our SMS messaging program works.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the onboarding form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and trade or company name. We may also automatically collect limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL) for security and analytics purposes.

3. SMS / A2P Messaging Program

By checking the SMS consent box and submitting the onboarding form, you opt in to receive text messages from Brokerli related to your Cohort application, onboarding steps, job dispatch, payout notifications, and account updates (“Program”).

• Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent is collected separately from other terms and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity in the Program (e.g. job dispatch or payout events).
• Message & data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all Program messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, and you can opt back in by re-submitting the onboarding form or texting START.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@brokerli.co.
• Carriers: Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to evaluate your Cohort application, communicate with you about your application and account, operate the SMS-first job workflow, process subcontractor payouts through Stripe Connect, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service, such as our SMS delivery provider, email provider, payment processor (Stripe), and database host, solely to provide the Service on our behalf. We do not share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit.

7. Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@brokerli.co. You may also opt out of SMS messages at any time as described in Section 3.
