Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Brokerli Operator Cohort program and the cohort.brokerli.co website (the “Service”), operated by Brokerli (“Brokerli,” “we,” or “us”). By submitting an application or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Cohort Program
The Brokerli Operator Cohort is a training and onboarding program that teaches the Operator Marketplace Model and provides access to Brokerli's software tools, including SMS-first workflow automation, Smart Yield Guard margin protection, and Stripe Connect subcontractor payouts. Acceptance into the Cohort is at Brokerli's sole discretion.
3. Eligibility & Account Information
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to apply. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application, including your legal name, email address, phone number, and trade or company name, and to keep that information up to date.
4. Messaging Consent
By submitting the onboarding form and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive text messages from Brokerli as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Payments & Payouts
Subcontractor payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Brokerli is not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor; all payment processing is handled by Stripe pursuant to its own terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payout information and for complying with all tax obligations related to payments you receive or distribute.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfering with the Service's normal operation, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Brokerli does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue, or margin results from participation in the Cohort.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brokerli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
